Every order is packed by hand here in Perth. Here is exactly what to expect.

Where we ship

Australia wide.

Rates

Flat rate $12.95 anywhere in Australia.

Free shipping on orders over $65.

Express $20.00 anywhere in Australia, if you need it faster.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days of being placed. During launch periods this can sit at the longer end, and we will tell you if it does.

Delivery

Once your parcel is with the carrier, delivery time is up to them. As a guide, Standard usually arrives in 3 to 5 business days and Express in 1 to 2, counted from the day your order is dispatched. Regional and remote addresses take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way. If you cannot see it, check your junk folder before you email us.

Delays

Public holidays, launch weeks and carrier delays can push things out. If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, email us and we will chase it for you.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or the parcel was unclaimed, we will contact you and resend it once it reaches us, with shipping payable again.
